Raised in Lexington, NC, Brad made his way to South Carolina for college to play football for Clemson University. His work ethic and desire for excellence helped to mold his decision to foray into the food and beverage industry where he spent years managing restaurants in the low country culinary capital of Charleston, SC. It was here that he found his passion to study wine. Now as an advanced sommelier, Grubb uses his keen knowledge of food and beverage to create a unique hospitality experience for our guests. When he’s not at Haymaker he enjoys his time with his wife, enjoying the outdoors, and planning his next trip – usually around a great food experience.
