Raised in Charlotte, NC – Ashley Quick worked through local restaurants in high school and college. After culinary school he left for Nashville, TN where he worked at some of the Music City’s best restaurants like the Hermitage Hotel, Fltye, Husk, and The Farmhouse. He also worked alongside Chef Joseph Lenn at JC Holdway in Knoxville, TN helping to bring many accolades to the restaurant. His career has helped to shape his love of fresh food, and local and seasonal ingredients, as well as building healthy relationships with the community and regional farmers. When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find him with his family, or enjoying the outdoors and his garden.
